Having as a general objective, to analyze the data comparing the level of flexibility of Zumba® practitioners of students in a class of the modality at a gym in the city of Cornélio Procópio/PR, and as specific objectives; I attribute these results to the finding that the practice of aerobic physical activity can be beneficial for adults due to the possible increase in the level of flexibility obtained through collective aerobic activities, such as Zumba Fitness; II develop a normative table that serves as a reference for evaluating and prescribing exercises to improve the flexibility of this population; III encourage the practice of collective aerobic exercises and show their importance in the quality of life of those who attend. The methodology was data collection and descriptive analysis of the information obtained. The results indicate that the individuals evaluated, despite minimal improvement in flexibility levels, need to practice complementary physical exercises in their daily lives to develop work that helps the training of this conditioning motor capacity
