Abstract
This article aims to make an analysis of all the extrajudicial servants
existing in our legal system, having as a purpose, after the exhibition of the species of notarial and registry activity, to focus on the founding principles of the Real Estate Registry, in order to demonstrate through them such significance of the activity performed by this real estate service.Given these facts, the utility of the notary and the registrar for the state legal certainty tool is proven. This is the main intention of the article, to prove, through the functions performed by the extrajudicial services, the stability and security it offers us. The methodology now adopted is basic in nature with an exploratory objective based on the deductive method, considering the way used to guide the research subject. The approach to the theme will be qualitative because it will describe the thematic pertinent to the content using the bibliographic and documentary research.
