Benefícios da humanização na assistência de Enfermagem em recém-nascidos prematuros baixo peso.
Resumo
A humanização na assistência de enfermagem ao recém-nascido e sua família é uma preocupação constante da equipe multiprofissional. A hesitação e insegurança dos pais em tocar o seu bebê, perante a sua fragilidade, distanciando a relação entre eles, em um momento em que o contato entre pais e bebês é crucial para sua melhora. Desta forma, este estudo tem o objetivo principal, destacar métodos que podem auxiliar no desenvolvimento do RN, identificando práticas que proporcionem o vínculo entre mãe e bebê no internamento do RN prematuro e com baixo peso. É importante ressaltar que os benefícios do processo de humanização mãe canguru e aleitamento materno junto ao atendimento da equipe de enfermagem em UTI Neonatal ao recém-nascido prematuro e com baixo peso, auxiliam aproximação entre o RN e seus pais e também em um vínculo entre equipe de enfermagem e familiares do bebê. As vantagens obtidas através do processo de humanização juntamente com a equipe de enfermagem e com os programas mãe canguru e aleitamento materno, acarretam a melhora no estado de saúde do RN, diminuindo assim a sua estadia no hospital.

Humanization in nursing care for newborns and their families is a constant concern of the multiprofessional team. The hesitation and insecurity of parents to touch their baby in the face of their fragility, distancing the relationship between them, at a time when the contact between parents and babies is crucial for its improvement. Thus, this study aims to highlight methods that can assist in the development of newborns, identifying practices that provide the bond between mother and baby in the hospitalization of premature and low birth weight. It is important to highlight that the benefits of the process of humanization kangaroo mother and breastfeeding together with the care of the neonatal ICU nursing team to the premature and low birth weight newborns, help the approach between the newborn and their parents and also a bond between the team. nursing staff and family members. The advantages obtained through the humanization process together with the nursing staff and the kangaroo mother and breastfeeding programs lead to an improvement in the newborn's health status, thus reducing their stay in the hospital.
