O presente artigo versa sobre a redução da maioridade penal, constituindo uma análise crítica da crescente criminalidade entre os menores púberes inimputáveis, a partir de um árduo estudo buscando compreender e expor no exordial trabalho os institutos da punibilidade, culpabilidade e imputabilidade penal à Luz da Constituição Federal brasileira, pontuando posteriormente o desenvolvimento histórico da imputabilidade penal na legislação com a exposição de posicionamentos contrários e favoráveis à redução da maioridade penal limitada pela Magna Carta, findando-se com objetivo de aclarar e expor a melhor forma de combate à violência entre os menores.

Abstract
The present article deals with the reduction of the age of penal, con
stituting a critical analysis of the increasing criminality among the inimitable pubescent minors, from a hard study trying to understand and expose in the exordial work the institutes of punishment, culpability and criminal imputability in the light of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, punctuating later the historical development of the criminal imputability in the legislation with the exposure of opposing positions and favorable to the reduction of the legal age limited by the Magna Carta, ending with the objective of clarifying and exposing the best way to combat the violence among the minors.
