Abstract
Quality of life at work refers to the way of living and existing, taking your work routine with well-being, satisfaction, health, comfort and availability to deal with daily adversities. In this sense, this research aimed to identify whether the quality of life at work can influence the motivation of employees of Company X. The research with a quantitative approach pointed out that the quality of life at work directly influences the motivation of the employees interviewed. to the general objective of this research. The specific objectives were also met, in the sense that, in the employees' perception and in the relationship between quality of life at work and motivation, one offers conditions for the promotion of the other.
